Position Summary:
The School Based Clinical Supervisor provides hands-on leadership and clinical oversight for on-site mental health programming across two school buildings in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. This role blends clinical expertise with operational leadership, ensuring strong outcomes for students, high morale among staff, and efficient, compliant programming.

Responsibilities of a Clinical Supervisor:
- Support clinicians in accordance with supervision requirements per the Psychiatric Outpatient Regulations and Child and Family Focus Policy and Procedures
- Provide daily on-site clinical supervision and support to students and staff
- Support recruitment efforts and participate in interviews alongside leadership
- Serve as the clinical lead and oversee level of care assessments and crisis mitigation efforts
- Train and onboard new staff in clinical processes, including documentation, clinical paperwork and electronic health records
- Review clinical documentation, treatment plans, and crisis plans to ensure compliance with Waste, Fraud and Abuse per Child and Family Focus, County, State and MCO guidelines
- Conduct monthly clinical chart reviews; Implement and oversee corrective action plans when needed
- Maintain accurate, organized client records across multiple electronic health records
- Participate in weekly supervision with the Managing Director
- Maintain oversight and organization of client specific charts
- Administrative duties including but not limited to verifying notes, encounter forms for accuracy, treatment plan tracking
- Complete and participate in intake meetings
- Supervision of medical assistant to CRNP
- Perform additional duties or tasks, as assigned, or requested
- Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or Social Work or related Human Services field
- Active license required: BCBA, BSL, LPC, or LCSW
- 1 or more years of experience working within Outpatient, BHRS, IBHS, or ABA operations
- 3 or more years of clinical experience
- 2 or more years of supervisory experience
- Prior experience with program development, office management, and medical billing
- Prior leadership experience with nonprofit and/or social service settings
- Work in standard office environment, within a school setting
- DCIU (Aston, PA) and TCA (Media, PA) school buildings
- Allow for varied work schedule (hours between 7am-4pm), occasional evenings may be requested based on job responsibilities
